Below you will find many, but not all, of the diagnoses and aspects of care that we have built expertise and familiarity with over the years.

Over the course of nearly 20 years, we have cared for residents with a wide variety of medical history, backgrounds and needs.

Some of our community members have few to no diagnoses, while others have a medical history that requires specialized care.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of diagnoses and equipment we have built familiarity with:​

  • Dementia (various forms including Alzheimers, Lewy body, frontal lobe)

  • Stroke (hemorrhagic and ischemic)

  • Parkinson's Disease (and various Parkinsonisms and movement disorders)

  • Brain injury and Brain mass

  • Diabetes (Type I and II)

  • Arthritis (including knee, spine, shoulder osteoarthritis and rheumatoid)

  • Joint replacements (including knee, shoulder, hip)

  • Amputees (above/below knee, etc)

  • Depression and various psychiatric disorders

  • Ulcerative colitis and various gastrointestinal disorders

  • Incontinence (urinary/fecal incontinence)

  • Adults with developmental disabilities

  • Electronic Hoyer lift

  • Oxygen via concentrator/tank

  • Specialized orthopedic shoes

  • Specialized walkers and standing frames

We collaborate regularly with a team of medical professionals to ensure your loved one receives highly skilled, personalized with their medical history in mind. Regardless of the specific needs of your loved one, we'll take care of the caregiving so that you can focus on being family.
