With nearly 20 years of operations experience, we have built an expertise in serving residents with dementia and behavioral challenges. Though we are able to provide services to individuals with wide ranging diagnoses, levels of care and unique needs.
For all residents, we create personalized care plans in collaboration with the resident, family, primary care provider, management, and caregivers in order to ideally serve the unique needs of each resident. This includes all essential Activities of Daily Living (gait, mobility, bathing, medication management, and more). We also strive to meet individual preferences (including favorite meals, personalized room design and favorite activities/hobbies).
Our team is dedicated to providing a comfortable home-like environment, assistance with activities of daily living, serving nutritious meals, and creating a supportive community with a sense of belonging for all.
